he is the man who rape a girl of age 14, when he was a government officer.after some years the girl say good bye to this bad world.She committed suicide three years later.The cruel man torture her family continiously, because they complained about him. He is not an ordinary officer, he had hands in political parties. These political criminals save him for more years. He got promotions . the cbi investigates about it .the investigation takes 19 years to complete, and the CBI cort punished him for six month imprisonment and thousand rupees fine.
It is very shamefull for this nation and this trial will promots the number of rapes in india. What is the cause of the sentimence of the cort towards SPS.Rathore. He could not get any punishment through out his working period.if he is innocent the cort will not give him any type of punish. but they punished him. It means that the crime is proved.then what motivates them to gave him a simple punishment.
